В пятницу 28 октября 2022 года Великобритания приняла новый пакет санкций, связанных с Россией. Пакет санкций был принят в форме изменений (The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) (No.15) Regulations 2022) (Изменения) в The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (Санкционное регулирование). Новые ограничения вступили в силу на следующий день - 29 октября 2022 года, за исключением ограничений в отношении сжиженного природного газа и изделий из золота, которые вступают в силу 1 января 2023 года.

I am proud to share the news that an ICC arbitration tribunal seated in Vienna has recently ruled in favour of my client, a major Russian corporation, upholding my client’s claim for damages in a contractual dispute, brought against a world’s leading manufacturer. In this matter, I conducted advocacy.

Misuse of the name of Mr Mikhail Sokolov, a Consultant Solicitor with IMD Solicitors LLP and a practicing Advocate in Russian Federation.

It has come to our attention that unknown third parties have been sending e-mails purporting to be from Mr Mikhail Sokolov and making telephone calls purporting to be Mr Mikhail Sokolov.

Dear friends, I am happy to announce that a new book “International Law” wrote by Prof. Vladislav L. Tolstykh, PhD, have been published earlier this year. As per annotation, it is a comprehensive textbook on international law, designated for students, academicians, diplomats, judges and other readers who are interested in the subject.

I am proud to say that I travelled again to China in the end of July 2018, to represent my clients. Working with Chinese partners is always exciting. I continue conducting China related matters.
